Polyelectrolyte solution
AEMem®-PAI-1-5E is a high-performance polyelectrolyte material that can be dissolved in various low-boiling-point alcohol solvents. It is the first domestically-produced anionic polyelectrolyte specifically for electrochemical energy conversion catalytic layers. This product can be easily assembled with various catalysts and can meet the preparation requirements of CCM and CCS processes. It ensures that the catalytic layer has excellent three-phase interfaces and electrochemical properties. It has excellent comprehensive performance in key dimensions such as ion conduction, catalytic layer bonding, and water-gas control. It is a key material for the preparation of membrane electrodes in AEM water electrolyzers and fuel cells.

Usage Instructions：
Main Applications：
Can be used in the preparation of membrane electrodes for devices such as hydroelectric electrolysis cells and alkaline membrane fuel cells; it is added to catalyst slurries as a binder for catalyst particles.
Method of Use：
First, prepare a catalyst premix using a low-boiling-point alcohol solvent. Add the polyelectrolyte solution according to the calculated ratio of oligomer to polymer, and adjust the slurry viscosity with an alcohol-water solvent. After thorough dispersion via ultrasonication or ball milling to produce a uniform ink, apply the catalytic layer to the surface of anion-exchange membranes or gas diffusion layers using processes such as spraying or coating.
Packaging/Storage：
Handle in accordance with standard chemical storage and transportation requirements. Store in a sealed container in a dry, cool area, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
